e-Invoicing

We provide end-to-end advisory and technical implementation services to help businesses adopt, scale, and comply with global electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) standards and mandates. This with concepts as the Peppol and other solutions.
Our Solutions & Services

Regulatory Readiness & Tax Compliance
Mapping international tax obligations, preparing for frameworks like VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA), and ensuring compliance with Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) across different global jurisdictions.
Needs Analysis & Process Assessment
Auditing current accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and system requirements.
Technology & Platform Selection
Advising on the best cloud-based, hybrid, or on-premises e-invoicing architecture and selecting certified access points (such as Peppol).
ERP & Software Integration
Connecting e-invoicing networks smoothly with existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial accounting systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
Support & Maintenance
Managed Services
e-Invoicing managed services mean taking care of, monitoring, and running a client's e-Invoicing environment on an ongoing, day-to-day basis. While project-based e-Invoicing consulting services focus on initial buildouts or migrations, managed services provide continuous post-implementation support, maintenance, and optimization.

Proof of Concept
Our SAP Proof of Concept (PoC) services test a small, focused piece of an SAP project with real data before you commit to a full rollout. It helps lower risk and shows stakeholders what the solution looks like in practice.
Core Objectives:
- Risk Reduction: Catch technical or functional gaps early.
- Scope Validation: Prove that a design or integration actually works.
- Visualizing Value: Give business teams a hands-on look at the future system.
Minimum Viable Product
Our MVP allows you to accelerate your learning about a possible solution whilst using minimal resources. It does this by testing only the essential core of your concept (rather than the full solution) with real users in practice. This means that you can find out early on if there is an actual need or demand for the solution, what is working and what isn’t, and make any adjustments accordingly (this is called pivoting in the lean-startup scene).
Future Developments
Future developments in e-invoicing center on mandatory global rollouts, real-time tax reporting, and deeper integration with AI and automated compliance networks.
Mandatory B2B and B2C Expansion:
More countries are moving beyond public sector (B2G) rules to require business-to-business (B2B) electronic invoicing. For instance, Belgium and Poland rolled out mandates recently, France implements its requirements starting in September 2026, and Germany scales up sending obligations through 2027 and 2028.
EU Harmonization (ViDA):
The European Union's VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) initiative aims to harmonize digital reporting and e-invoicing rules across member states, pushing companies toward unified cross-border compliance.
Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC):
Clearance and real-time e-reporting models are replacing traditional periodic tax returns, giving tax authorities near-instant visibility into transactions.
Advanced Automation and AI:
Artificial intelligence will increasingly move past basic validation to handle predictive cash flow forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated error resolution.
Broader Data Integration:
E-invoicing data will link directly with electronic transport tracking, customs platforms (like the EU Customs Data Hub), and corporate sustainability reporting
